About

MCnet is a European Union funded Marie Curie Initial Training Network dedicated to developing and supporting general-purpose Monte Carlo event generators throughout the LHC era and beyond, and providing training of a wide selection of its user base, particularly through funded short-term 'residencies' and Annual Schools.

Short-term studentships

MCnet's short-term studentship programme is close to completion. Studentships are aimed at students already studying for a PhD in experimental or theoretical particle physics who would benefit from a short-term research project in an MCnet team. They are tenable for a period of three to six months.

Although all positions are in principle filled now, it is still possible that some will become available again. You can apply to be kept on the reserve list at any time.
