What is offered?

MCnetITN3 studentships are paid at the standard rate for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher in the relevant country and include a Mobility Allowance and, if applicable, a Family Allowance. ESRs will benefit from a generous Training Allowance to cover training, participation in research activities and travel to other network nodes, etc. If a PhD post is funded partly by MCnetITN3 and partly by another source, you will find further salary details in the advertisements on the employing University's website and Euraxess.

The host will provide the research environment and main training opportunities of the PhD, supplemented by network summer schools, training events and network meetings, which all ESRs are expected to attend. Secondments to our non-academic partners in areas of industry related to Monte Carlo modelling are strongly encouraged, as are research secondments to other nodes and partners of the network.
